DAILY DEVOTIONAL 10/21/2018
Psalm 91:14-16Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
Indeed a portion of scripture for all who know and walk with the Lord ,for it speaks of a well satisfied life. The Lord spoke and announced what He would do for His people who truly love Him and acknowledge Him with obedient lives. Among His blessings will be deliverance and protection, answered prayers, companionship in times of trouble, honor, satisfaction, and a long life. Beloved seeing one’s children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren is one of the ultimate blessings in this life. It’s one thing for doctors to add years to our lives, but God adds life to our years and this makes  life worthwhile. Today start your day by giving your hearts best to the Lord, for with these blessings to look forward to each day we should consider this a well satisfied life through God almighty! A God who will answer your prayers, always give you protection , be your companion all day long, honor you, and give you satisfaction, and add years to your life ,what more can we ask of God, today I can truly say...
Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;


Father, we give You our thanks for rescuing us and making us right with You. We humbly ask for Your Spirit’s guidance as we serve You today.


Daily Devotional 10/20/2018
Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: for thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day. Psalm 25:5

This psalm pictures life as a difficult journey that we can’t successfully make by ourselves at all. Guidance is surely needed ! Here David is crying out to God for wisdom as he makes his daily decisions. We read where he is surrounded by enemies who hate him, laying traps for him, and desiring for him to fail and be ashamed. David knew he was a sinner who doesn’t deserve God’s help but he relies on the goodness and mercy of the Lord. Beloved I believe that once we truly know that life is difficult and once we truly understand and accept it then life becomes no longer difficult. David knew that the path of life wasn’t easy. It has been said, “When the outlook is bleak,try the uplook.” So he waited on God his savior all day every day!

Let us this day walk in the wisdom that God gave to David and apply it in our daily walk with the Lord! May God lead us and teach us these truths!

Daily Devotional 10/19/2018
Delight thyself also in the Lord: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Psalm 37:4

Beloved when David wrote this Psalm he was having lots of problem with Israel and their stubbornness with obedience. In this Psalm...David gave one negative instruction–“Don’t fret” (vv. 1, 7, 8)–and four positive instructions:trust in the Lord(v. 3), delight in the Lord(v. 4), commit yourself to the Lord (vv. 5-6), and rest in the Lord(v. 7).
Today is a beautiful new day to begin a new journey
in the Lord especially when our heart sometimes becomes stubborn because of the inconsistencies in our lives. When things go awry during the day and we get discouraged at times, then it's time we begintoTrust in the Lord,Delight ourselves in the Lord, Commit ourselves to the Lord, if we do these things then we will findRest in the Lord.If we truly delight in the Lord, then the chief desire of our hearts will be to know Him better so we can delight in Him even more, and the Lord will satisfy that desire! This is not a promise for people who want “things,” but for those who want more of God in their lives. David’s message was simple, “Cool down and keep cool” when we see evil in the world. May this day be the beginning of a new stay in the Lord for you through your obedience! May God grant thee the desires of thine heart!

Daily Devotional 10/18/2018
Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord. Psalm 27:14
Beloved often times the greatest blessings are missed out on by God's children because of their anxiety and their failure to learn how to Wait patiently on God. If I had not waited and believed in the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living–then what? Where would I be? In this verse for the day David was addressing his soldiers, for the men would need courage and strength for the next battle and for the journey that lay before them. This admonition reminds us of the words of God to Joshua which we saw in our previous daily devotional be strong and of good courage. As we approach this new day that God has granted us to see, may we be strengthened in our heart to tackle all that it may present us. His counsel is, “In the midst of present trouble, do not give up; give God time to answer.”“Let us be as watchful after the victory as before the battle,” Instead of rushing ahead, David calmly waited on the Lord, for faith and patience always go together, May we all learn to Wait upon the Lord, again I say wait for He shall strengthen our Heart!“I know not what the future holds / but I know who holds the future.” If Jesus is your Savior and Lord, then the future is yours friend, and you have nothing to fear. Again, Wait I say upon the Lord. Have a Blessed day in the Lord !

Daily Devotional 10/17/2018
The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant. Mine eyes are ever toward the Lord; for he shall pluck my feet out of the net.Psalm 25:14-15KJV 
At this point, David paused to meditate on the character of the Lord his God. After all, why pray to the Lord if He can’t be trusted? But He can be trusted! To begin with, He is “good and upright,” and what He says and does are always right. If we submit ourselves to Him in meekness, He will teach us His ways, but if we are arrogant, He will be silent. In the New Testament,The secret of the Lord is with those that fear him. They understand his word; for, if any man do his will, he shall know of the doctrine whether it be of God. Those that receive the truth in the love of it, and experience the power of it, best understand the mystery of it. They know the meaning of his providence, and what God is doing with them, better than others, for God will also show them His Promise. Beloved,The enemy had put snares in the path, to trap David but David trusted the Lord to protect him as he kept his eyes focused on Him. Satan is a destroyer and a murderer and would trap us all if he could, but if we are in God’s will, he can’t harm us. David survived his trials and was able to write ..
Psalm 26:12: “My feet stand on level ground; in the great assembly I will praise the Lord”
May we follow the example of David on this day!

Daily Devotional 10/16/2018
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. Psalm 19:14KJV

Our day should always start by being thankful to God through prayer. The important part is the words that we speak. If we could couple together words of thanksgiving ,words of praise, words of gratitude and add to it what meditation we may have in our heart, our love towards Him, our inexhaustible joy towards Him especially for all that He has done in our lives, our salvation, our family, our job, our friends our church and brethren, would all this be acceptable in His sight. Today is a new day, let the words of our mouth in prayer and praise not be formal, but let them arise from the meditation of the heart and let us acknowledge that our strength in times of our weakness comes from Him. If we seek assistance from God as our strength in our religious duties, we may hope to find acceptance with God in the discharge of our duties; for by his strength we have power with him and let us always be thankful towards Him for being our redeemer and Savior.

        DAILY DEVOTIONAL 10/15/2018
Wherefore thou art great, O Lord God: for there is none like thee, neither is there any God beside thee, according to all that we have heard with our ears.2 Samuel 7:22KJV 
Here we read where David adores the greatness and glory of God : Thou art great, O Lord God! for there is none like thee. God’s gracious extension towards him, and the honour he had put upon him, did not at all lower his great respect for the divine Majesty. It is great to know that the nearer we are brought to God the more we will see of His glory towards us. Let us all make today a great day to draw nearer to Him cause this will result in becoming dearer in his eyes and the greater he will be in ours as He shows His favor towards us. And this we should all acknowledge concerning God today, that there is no being like Him, nor any God besides Him, for what we have seen with our eyes concerning His power and goodness is according to all that we have heard with our ears, and there is more to come for the half has not been told to us. Knowing these things, today we can all humbly say and repeat the words of David.... This is the day that the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it.Psalm 118:24
DAILY DEVOTIONAL 10/14/2018
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Romans 12:2KJV
 Paul demands that we “not conform” to “this age”  or “the pattern of this world”.  The old age to which we belonged in our pre-Christian past will still continue to work hard to force it's influence on us, enticing us to follow its “pattern” of sinful and ungodly behavior. So beloved, Rather than “conforming” our conduct to this world, we must be “transformed” in our minds. A new orientation in our thinking must begin so that it will lead us to a new orientation in our behavior patterns. Here Paul touches on the minds' transformation because when the transformation takes place thats when we will be able to please God by doing his perfect will. When the mind is transformed the heart will also be transformed as well as our lives into new creatures.
This day let your mind and heart be transformed !!

TODAY'S DEVOTIONAL 10/13/2018
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11KJV
Beloved God always knows all his thoughts because all His works are always in complete agreement with them and everything he does are in perfection with the counsel of His own will.  We often do not even know our own thoughts, nor do we know our own mind, but God is never at any uncertainty within himself. We are sometimes ready to fear that God’s designs concerning us are all against us; but he knows the contrary concerning his own people. His thoughts are always of good and not of evil; even that which seems evil at times is designed for good. Beloved, His thoughts are all working towards the expected end that we are all anxiously awaiting, which he will give in due time. The end that many expect will come, though perhaps not when they expect it. We all just have to have patience till the fruit is ripe, and then we shall have it.
Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

TODAYS DEVOTIONAL 10/12/2018Truly my soul waiteth upon God: from him cometh my salvation. Psalm 62:1KJV       Beloved, whatever difficulties or dangers we may meet today and , though God frown upon us and we are met with discouragements in our attendance on him, yet still our soul waits upon God” our soul “Says nothing against what he does, but quietly expects what he will do.” We are in the way both of duty and comfort when our soul waits upon God, when we cheerfully refer ourselves, and the disposal of all our affairs, to his will and wisdom, when we acquiesce in and accommodate ourselves to all the dispensations of his providence, and patiently expect a doubtful event, with an entire satisfaction in his righteousness and goodness, however it be.   Our wills must be melted into his will. My soul has respect to God, for from him cometh my salvation.What a comfort to know that this day we can place our will into his will as He will lead, guide and direct our steps as our soul waits patiently upon Him! Remember,THE STEPS OF A GOOD MAN ARE ORDERED BY THE LORD AND HE DELIGHTETH IN HIS WAYS!! PS 37:23

Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end. There are many devices in a man's heart; nevertheless the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand. Proverbs 19:20-21KJV

WE ARE ALL AWARE ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THE WORLD IN WHICH WE ARE LIVING IN THESE LAST DAYS. IT IS CERTAIN THAT IT WILL GET WORSE BEFORE IT GETS ANY BETTER, SO HERE GOD TELLS US THAT WE MUST REMAIN WISE AND ALERT, ACCEPT THE COUNSEL OF THE LORD AND PUT TO USE THE INSTRUCTIONS WE RECIEVE FROM HIM. MAN HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY CRAFTY IN HIS OWN HEART AND HAS FAILED VERY MISIREABLY  BECAUSE OF HIS DEVICES IN HIS OWN HEART. MAN NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT THE COUNSEL OF OUR LORD WILL STAND FIRM FOREVER.START OUT YOUR DAY ON A POSSITIVE NOTE TODAY....TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL OF THY HEART LEAN NOT TO YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING, IN ALL THAY WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM AND HE WILL MAKE THY PATHS STRAIGHT.

Ye shall walk after the Lord your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him.

WHAT A BETTER WAY TO START YOUR DAY THAN TO BE IN COMPLETE REVERENCE TO GOD ALMIGHTY. TOO MANY FALSE PRETENDERS HAVE GONE OUT INTO THE WORLD TRYING TO DECIEVE EVEN IF IT WERE POSSIBLE THE VERY ELECT OF GOD! MOSES WAS INSTRUCTED TO TELL THE ISREALITES TO FEAR GOD, KEEP HIS COMMANDMENTS AND TO SERVE HIM BY CLEAVING UNTO HIM.
HOW WELL WOULD OUR DAY BE IF WE ONLY OBEYED THIS VOICE INSTRUCTING US TO REMAIN FAITHFUL AND TRUE TO HIM. FALSE ELEMENTS WILL NOT INTERRUPT OUR DAY IF WE ONLY WALK IN HIS STATUTES, OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS, AND OBEY HIS VOICE, AND CLEAVE UNTO HIM! REMEMBER...HIS VOICE MAKES A DIFFERENCE FOR WHEN HE SPEAKS HE RELIEVES MY TROUBLED MIND!

Do not boast about tomorrow, for you do not know what a day may bring.Proverbs 27:1 NIV Over in the book of James 4:4 it says..What is your life? It is even like a vapor that Is here for a little while then it vanishes away! Beloved life is very short we must take care of it. The preacher said we worry too much about tomorrow> Yet Jesus said...Matt.6:25-29 “Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing? Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?“So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.Time to reflect and stop worrying about tomorrow!

“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us.” Ephesians 3:20 (NIV)

There is no greater power working in the life of a child of God than the power of God working in us daily. As a child of God we are also to understand that he is always ready to do more than we are able to ask or even imagine. It is a great joy to know that He is always near to express His power through us as we start out our new day! With this in mind let us serve Him gladly with all Joy for this is our reasonable service! To God be the Glory!!

Each and every day we wake up it is a blessing from God, however in the trajectory of the day some things that we face sometimes become impossible to tackle. Some of the things we face may be insurmountable by our own understanding and as Jesus said.."with men this is impossible" but not with God for with God all things are possible." Today you may have a difficult task ahead for the day, if you focus and give it to Jesus He will make the impossible, possible for you...the secret....Earnestly Pray!~He'll fix it for you!!!
